Challenge

BUCHER MUNICIPAL, worldwide leading provider of cleaning and disposal solutions for the public space with 2200 employees, grew strongly in the 2010s thanks to sales development and international acquisitions. Due to the different brand profiles of several national companies, BUCHER's new potential was not really visible. furthermore, it was a declared goal to put the focus on digitization in terms of broadening and deepening the service range.

Approach

In tandem with the corporate design agency Kunde, Dimando implemented the relaunch of the global website as a multilingual sales platform. Decisive for BUCHER's partnership with Dimando was our modular development approach. At the base of interviews, the needs of national companies and stakeholders, in particular sales, were identified, prioritized and linked to the objectives of marketing. A staged process made it possible to then put the individual country or language pages into operation after the global website and gradually integrate them with running sales projects.

For BUCHER MUNICIPAL, the modular concept means that the expansion of the global website actually enables the marketing instruments to be expanded. Thanks to a dynamic, automated style guide, the CD or brand elements are used across borders in all online channels, with great flexibility for campaigns in the local target markets.

Interfaces for growth

Intelligent interfaces prepare a dealer / customer extranet in which sales processes are simplified with chat functions, as well as an intranet that supports internal planning and standardizes the documentation. Other tools, such as CRM, benefit from the expansion with a smart newsletter application, which makes marketing and sales easier for the targeted distribution of customer offers and drives the digitalization of lead management.
